    At BytesCleaner, we strive to provide top‑notch technical support and PC optimization services. Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction with our expertise and service quality. However, because our technicians begin work immediately upon payment (and software/licenses are activated), all payments are final and non‑refundable once processed.

  2. Refund Eligibility
    Refunds will only be considered in the narrow circumstances listed below provided that the refund request is submitted before any work has commenced or licenses have been activated. Any request made after service start or license activation will be denied.

    A. One‑Time Services

    • If we are unable to begin or complete the service due to technical limitations on our end and you request a refund within 7 days of your scheduled service date, you may receive a full refund.

    • If the same issue recurs within 48 hours of service completion and our team is unable to resolve it, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund—provided you submit your request before any additional work or license activations.

    B. Subscription Plans

    • You may cancel and request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase, provided you have not used our service or activated any licenses.

    • If you have used the service but are dissatisfied, a partial refund may be granted only if requested before any renewal payment is processed and before any new work/licenses commence.

    • Renewal payments are non‑refundable. To avoid charges, cancel your subscription before the next billing date.

  3. Non‑Refundable Services
    The following are strictly non‑refundable, without exception:

    • Any service successfully completed as described in your plan.

    • Issues unrelated to our service (e.g., hardware failures, third‑party software conflicts, or internet connectivity problems).

    • Situations where the customer did not follow troubleshooting steps or recommendations.

    • Requests made after the refund‑eligibility windows above.

    • All PayPal transactions—once processed via PayPal, payments cannot be reversed or refunded.
