BytesCleaner Refund Policy

At ByteCleaner, we strive to provide top-notch technical support and PC optimization services. Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction with our expertise and service quality. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we offer a fair refund policy based on the nature of the service provided.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered under the following conditions:

A. One-Time Services

  • If the service was not successfully completed due to technical limitations on our end, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the service date.

  • If you experience the same issue within 48 hours after service completion and our support team is unable to resolve it, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund.

B. Subscription Plans

  • If you cancel your subscription within 14 days of the initial purchase and have not used our service, you are eligible for a full refund.

  • If you have used our service but are not satisfied, a partial refund may be granted based on the extent of the service usage.

  • Refunds are not applicable for renewal payments. If you do not wish to continue, please cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.

3. Non-Refundable Services

We do not provide refunds in the following cases:

  • If the service was successfully completed as described in the plan.

  • If the issue is unrelated to our provided service (e.g., hardware failures, third-party software conflicts, or internet connectivity issues).

  • If the customer refuses to follow troubleshooting steps or recommendations provided by our technicians.

  • If the refund request is made after the eligibility period.

  • Your name and email associated with the purchase.

  • Order or invoice number.

  • A brief explanation of the issue and why you are requesting a refund.

Once we receive your request, we will review it within 3-5 business days and notify you of our decision. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
