BytesCleaner Refund Policy
1. Overview
At ByteCleaner, we strive to provide top-notch technical support and PC optimization services. Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction with our expertise and service quality. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we offer a fair refund policy based on the nature of the service provided.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered under the following conditions:
A. One-Time Services
If the service was not successfully completed due to technical limitations on our end, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the service date.
If you experience the same issue within 48 hours after service completion and our support team is unable to resolve it, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund.
B. Subscription Plans
If you cancel your subscription within 14 days of the initial purchase and have not used our service, you are eligible for a full refund.
If you have used our service but are not satisfied, a partial refund may be granted based on the extent of the service usage.
Refunds are not applicable for renewal payments. If you do not wish to continue, please cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.
3. Non-Refundable Services
We do not provide refunds in the following cases:
If the service was successfully completed as described in the plan.
If the issue is unrelated to our provided service (e.g., hardware failures, third-party software conflicts, or internet connectivity issues).
If the customer refuses to follow troubleshooting steps or recommendations provided by our technicians.
If the refund request is made after the eligibility period.

Your name and email associated with the purchase.
Order or invoice number.
A brief explanation of the issue and why you are requesting a refund.
Once we receive your request, we will review it within 3-5 business days and notify you of our decision. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
